JIBTECH COP is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform built by JIBTECH COMPUTING SOLUTIONS to help multipurpose cooperative societies in Nigeria digitize their record-keeping and improve accountability to their members.

We serve multipurpose cooperatives, staff welfare associations, farmers' groups, and market traders' associations across Nigeria, giving officials a simple, affordable way to manage member records digitally instead of paper ledgers and spreadsheets.

JIBTECH COP is strictly a record-keeping and notification platform. We do not hold, manage, invest, or transfer funds on behalf of any cooperative. Each cooperative remains solely responsible for its own financial assets, transactions, and regulatory compliance.

By subscribing to JIBTECH COP, your cooperative agrees to the following:

• JIBTECH COP is a record-keeping and notification platform only. We do not hold, manage, invest, lend, or transfer funds on behalf of any cooperative.
• Each subscribing cooperative remains solely responsible for its own financial assets, member funds, transactions, and regulatory compliance.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly per member, based on tiered rates (₦400 down to ₦200 per member depending on cooperative size), after an initial 2-month free trial period.
• Cooperatives are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the platform by their authorized officials.
• JIBTECH COMPUTING SOLUTIONS reserves the right to suspend accounts for non-payment after the trial period, with prior notice.
• Either party may terminate the subscription at any time; cooperative data will be made available for export upon request before deletion.

We take the privacy of cooperatives and their members seriously.

• What we collect: Cooperative details, and member details entered by authorized officials (name, phone number, occupation, savings/loan records).
• How we use it: Solely to provide the record-keeping and SMS notification services your cooperative subscribes to.
• SMS notifications: Member phone numbers are used only to send transaction alerts (credit/debit) relating to their own cooperative account.
• Data sharing: We do not sell or share cooperative or member data with third parties, except trusted service providers (such as our SMS gateway) strictly to deliver the service.
• Data security: Access to records is restricted by role-based permissions, and all actions are logged in an audit trail.
• Contact: Cooperatives may request their data be exported or deleted at any time by contacting support.
